EKURU

Ekuru is one of the popular delicacies in Ogbomoso, and it is mostly eaten with eko, though it can be eaten on its own. For a better feel of the locality in Ekuru, it requires the fingers to do justice in taking it to the mouth. It is enjoyed better with the hand than cutlery, by flaking the fluffy Ekuru into the ata dindin (pepper sauce) or vice versa and mixing it with a pinch of salt if desired. Then, aid it with the local eko tutu in Yorubaland.
